Why I'm a Chaplain at the U of A: Because I believe knowing God is an integral part of maximizing life potential and experience. I think students, staff, and the University of Alberta as a whole are better when we learn and develop in the context of healthy spirituality and a meaningful relationship with God.
Current Focus at the U of A: Oversight and leadership of EPIC Student Church at the U of A, coordinating the 21st Century Jesus Church Planter Apprenticeship, cooperating with and contributing to the mission of the Interfaith Chaplains' Association on campus, one-on-one pastoral guidance with students, staff, and faculty, and seeking meaningful expressions of the broader Christ-following Church on campus and beyond.
Other Passions & Interests: Jesus, my wife and my boys, sports (hockey in particular - go Oilers go!), music, beekeeping, and spending time with good people!
